BRANDING
Work Outfitters is your ‘one-stop-shop’ for branding
Work uniforms, sports wear and promotional products, we do it all.
We have in-house embroidery and screen printing to provide personalised service and quick turn around times.
EMBROIDERY
We recommend embroidery for a stylish look that is adaptable to most logos and designs. It will last longer than other branding methods and can be used on just about any clothing.
There are a couple of limitations to stitching on to fabric. If you have a very large logo, or your logo contains very fine details or small lettering it can be challenging to get it to look good and be cost effective. Text in your logo should be a minimum of 5mm high for good definition. It is easy to talk to us about alternatives.
An initial set-up fee applies when we set up your logo. The set-up fee includes stitching samples on fabric for your approval prior to embroidering your order.
Artwork requirements: JPG format is fine. Please include Pantone or CMYK colours if you require a close colour match.
PRINTING
Screen printing, digital printing and vinyl transfers are great ways to get high quality graphics, large designs and fine details onto clothing.
- Screen printing is best when only a small number of colours are required but can reproduce fine details and is cost effective for large designs.
- Digital printing can reproduce photo quality images onto clothing.
- Vinyl transfers are best for single colour designs, but are cost effective. There are a limited number of vinyl colours to choose from so colour matches are approximate.
All these methods have benefits and pitfalls, so please talk to us about your specific requirements.
The price for printing will depend on the size and method used. Screen printing has as set up cost per colour used and requires some lead time.
Artwork Requirements: Vector based files are a requirement for printing jobs. Either EPS, AI, or PDF or best. If you have a JPG or other picture file we can turn it into a Vector file for a small fee. Please be careful taking images from the internet as we are bound by copyright laws regarding the reproduction of images.
