- Description
The redesigned Vertex Fleece Hood is a versatile mid-layer suitable for every outdoor adventure. The large, cosy hood makes it a camp site or hut essential too.
The Vertex Fleece Hood is built to be your go-to fleece. Warm, versatile and no-fuss. Whether you’re working the farm, chasing game in the hills, or kicking back at the hut, it’s a reliable layer to keep you comfortable in any setting.
Made from tough 280gsm fleece fabric, it offers an excellent warmth-to-weight ratio. The fitted hood locks in heat when the temperature drops, while the long front zip gives you quick ventilation when the pace picks up.
Practical details set it apart with a zipped chest pocket and a spacious kangaroo pocket keep your essentials secure and close at hand. Thumb holes in the sleeves help keep the fleece in place, add extra warmth, and make layering easier. An elastic shock cord adjuster at the hips allows for a snug fit. Wear it as an insulating mid-layer under your jacket or throw it on as a standalone fleece in milder weather
Designed in New Zealand for the outdoors, the Vertex Fleece Hood is made for hard use - but don’t be surprised if it becomes your everyday grab-and-go pullover for town runs, road trips, and everything in between.
